Throughout my career, my focus has been simple: provide dependable service, communicate clearly, and take care of customers before, during, and after the sale.

I believe great service starts with listening. Before any work begins, I want customers to feel comfortable asking questions and to understand the recommended repairs, available options, and expected costs. During the service process, my priority is keeping customers informed while helping our team deliver quality work and attention to detail.

For me, taking care of a customer doesn’t end when they pick up their vehicle. Being available for questions, following through on commitments, and standing behind our work are essential to building lasting relationships.

Michael McDowell is Persinger Automotive’s modern-day MacGyver. Give him a zip tie, a roll of duct tape, and five minutes, and he’ll usually find a way to get the job done. From keeping the lot organized to tackling unexpected problems, Michael brings resourcefulness, determination, and plenty of personality to the team.

A free spirit with wild hair and a mind of his own, Michael approaches life—and the occasional stubborn piece of equipment—on his own terms. He has a big heart, a short fuse, and a few choice words for anything that refuses to cooperate. Underneath that scraggly beard is a dependable teammate who takes pride in his work and keeps the lot moving.
